Did you know, you are entitled to having a Realtor represent you, at no cost, when buying from a builder? Well, you are and there are many benefits such as having an independent home inspection to make sure the home you get is the home you contracted for. Keep in mind that the new home salesperson, friendly as they may be, is working for the builder's best interests, not yours! The builders never inform you that you can bring your own agent to the table to represent you and your family! |
